Jordan Campbell is an Associate at Emigrant Capital Corp., where he is responsible for transaction analysis, due diligence, and financial and operational modeling. Prior to joining ECC, he interned with Wells Fargo & Company as an Analyst for an Investment Manager.

Duncan Rogers is an Senior Associate at Emigrant Capital Corp., where he is responsible for transaction analysis, due diligence, and financial and operational modeling. Prior to joining ECC, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer & Industrial Products Group at Matrix Capital Markets Group.
Duncan received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Richmond.
Chris is the President of Emigrant Capital Corp., which he joined in 2007. Prior to joining ECC, he was a founding member of Environmental Capital Partners, a middle-market private investment firm funded in part by Emigrant Bank. Before joining Emigrant, he spent the majority of his career in middle-market private equity and investment banking. In addition to his investing experience, Chris worked in rural Haiti as a Peace Corps Volunteer where he designed and implemented numerous community-based programs.
Chris received a B.A. in Physics from Pomona College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Bill Staudt is Vice Chairman of Emigrant Capital Corp. and an active member of its investment team. Prior to joining ECC in 2007, he was the Managing Partner of Environmental Capital Partners, a middle-market private investment firm founded by Emigrant Bank. Before joining Emigrant, Bill spent the majority of his career as an entrepreneur, acquiring and operating multiple businesses. He also led leveraged buyouts of middle-market companies in the United States and Europe and has experience as a commercial and residential real estate developer.
Bill received a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School
Rafael is a Managing Director at Emigrant Capital Corp. and has responsibilities for deal origination, transaction execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining ECC in 2016, he was an Investment Professional at Prospect Capital Management, a $5 billion publicly traded business development company where he was responsible for originating, executing and managing private equity and debt investments in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Prospect, he was an Analyst at Rockwood Equity Partners, an operationally orientated private equity fund, where he was responsible for transaction sourcing, analysis, due diligence and financing of lower-middle market industrial and service companies.
Rafael received a B.A. in Business Administration from Augustana College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Howard Milstein is Chairman and CEO of New York Private Bank and Trust, Emigrant Bank, Milstein Properties, and various Milstein Brothers operations throughout New York and Chicago.
His civic and philanthropic efforts include Chairman of the American Skin Association, Trustee Emeritus and Presidential Counsellor of Cornell University, Overseer of Cornell Medical College, among others. He is a member of the Harvard Law School Visiting Committee and of the Executive Committee of the HLS Dean’s Advisory Board. Mr. Milstein earned a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Cornell University and earned J.D./M.B.A. degrees from Harvard University.
Barry Friedberg is Co-Chairman of the Boards of Directors of New York Private Bank & Trust and Emigrant Bank. Prior to joining the Milstein Organization, he was an Executive Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of Merrill Lynch. From 1985 to 1994 Mr. Friedberg ran the Global Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, he was head of the mergers and acquisitions group of A. G. Becker and Co. Mr. Friedberg is a member of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and the Investment Committee of the New York City Ballet. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New York City Ballet from 2003 to 2008. Mr. Friedberg is a graduate of Princeton University and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
